NOTICE OF FILING PERIOD

PAYNE COUNTY FAIR BOARD

Notice is hereby given of the filing period for the annual election of members of the Board of Directors of the Payne County Free Fair Association.  One Director will be elected from each Payne County Commissioner’s district.  A candidate must be a qualified elector of the district he or she seeks to represent.  The filing period shall commence on January 5th, 2026, and end on 9th, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Prospective candidates must file in the office of the Payne County Clerk, 315 E. 6^th Avenue, Suite 202, Stillwater, Oklahoma.

LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that an election of Directors of the Payne the County

Fair Board members will be held on February 9th, 2026, at the following polling location:

District #1, Payne County Barn at 1502 E. Pine St. Cushing, OK.

District #2, Payne County Administration Building, 315 W. 6^th, Suite 200/201, Stillwater, OK.

District #3, Payne County Barn at 506 Expo Circle South, Stillwater, OK

At the election, there shall be one (1) person from each County Commissioner district who is a qualified elector of the district.  Each voter must be a registered voter of the county and a resident of the district and may only vote for one candidate.

Polls will open at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 5:00 p.m. at the designated polling locations.  All ballots must be cast by 5:00 p.m. No exceptions will be made. Ballots will be counted at close of voting at 5:00 p.m.
